3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Once work has begun on a project, refunds are generally not available.
If a client cancels before work begins, RooneySites may issue a refund at its discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information through the intake form
- Provide any required content, logos, images, or text
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
Failure to provide necessary information may delay project completion.
5. Project Delivery
RooneySites aims to deliver projects within the advertised timeframe (such as 48 hours) after receiving all required materials.
Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final website deliverables for their business or personal use.
RooneySites retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, fonts, APIs, or analytics tools.
RooneySites is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RooneySites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.
